Archonic, LLC and its affiliates (collectively “we” or “Archonic”) are committed to protecting the privacy of your information. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the information we collect on archonic.com, including the site’s customer log-in areas (our “Site”) and the information we collect on behalf of our customers in provision of our information products and services (collectively “Services”). This Policy also describes the choices you have regarding our collection and use of your personal information. Our Site contains hyperlinks to other third-party sites. We are not responsible or liable for the content or privacy practices of any such sites since we do not operate or otherwise control them.

Information We Collect on our Site

A person or entity applying for an account with us on our Site may provide us with certain personal information (such as name, email address, phone number, etc.) relevant to our provision of services.

In addition, our Site offers publicly accessible blogs or community forums. Any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. If you’d like us to remove any of your personal information from our blog or community forum, you may contact us at contact@archonic.com. If we are not be able to remove your personal information for any reason, we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why. Our Site includes social media features such as Facebook and Twitter buttons and widgets. These features may collect information, including your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Site, and may set a cookie to enable the relevant feature to function properly. These social media features may be either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing such features. Cookies. Archonic and our service providers may use session ID cookies and persistent cookies, as well as other tracking technologies to compile statistics about our Site users. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser for record-keeping purposes. Some cookies allow us to make it easier for you to navigate our Site, while others are used to enable a faster accessibility or to allow us to track your activities at our Site, including your IP address, page(s) you visited and any keyword searches you conducted on our Site. How We Use Information Collected on Our Site

For example, we may engage third parties, such as network advertisers, to display Archonic ads on third-party websites after you have visited our Site. Network advertisers are third parties that display advertisements based on your use of our Site and other third-party websites and mobile applications. This enables us and these third parties to target advertisements by displaying ads for products and services in which you might be interested. Third-party ad network providers, advertisers, sponsors, and/or traffic measurement services may use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons (including clear GIFs), and other technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content to you. These third-party cookies and other technologies are governed by each third party’s specific privacy policy, not this one.

You may opt out of many website third-party ad networks, including those operated by members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”). How We Share Information that We Collect on our Site

We may provide the aforementioned third-party advertisers with information about your usage of our Site. We do not share your personal information collected on our Site, such as name, email address, or other personal information with these third parties. These third parties may collect IP address and related site usage data; however we don’t permit them to collect your name, contact information or other personally identifiable information through our Site.

Archonic may share some information about our Site users with advertisers, business partners, and other third parties. Such information may include, for example, your IP address, pages(s) you visited and keyword searches you conducted on our Site. This information may allow such third parties to provide you customized advertising. You can opt-out from getting these third party advertising by following the instructions discussed on the previous section.

In addition, Archonic may partner with other parties in connection with the various services offered on our Site, such as credit card processors or email delivery services. Our Services

Archonic provides information services to its business customers. As part of these services, Archonic may provide call recording and other analytics services to its customers related to the telephone calls made to their business.

Information Collected and Used in Connection with Our Services

For the purpose of providing Services to our customers, we collect information related to calls placed to their business, such as caller ID information of the caller, and may link this information to data made available by third party providers.

We may collect sensitive information as part of providing Services to our customers such as information or an opinion (that is also personal information) about an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, health, political opinions, philosophical beliefs, criminal record and sexual orientation, inter alia.

We use the information collected through our Services for the purposes of providing our Services on behalf of our customers and to provide our customers with reports and metrics about the inbound calls to their business.

We collect information under the direction of our customers and have no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information we process. If you are an individual who would no longer like to be contacted by one of our customers, please contact them directly. You have the right to access your personal information. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct or delete their personal information, should direct their query to our customer. If a customer requests us to correct or delete their personal information, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our Services. Some of the organizations we use to assist us in providing you with our Services are located overseas. If we share your personal information with an organization that’s located outside of your jurisdiction, we will take reasonable steps to require that it is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy and data protection laws. We may transfer your personal information within the United States and to other jurisdictions. The location of our overseas service providers may vary from time to time.

General

Other Ways We May Share Information

We may disclose personal information when required by law (e.g., subpoenas, search warrants, court orders or similar legal process), to enforce the terms of our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, or other applicable terms and conditions and as evidence in litigation in which we are involved. Access and Retention

Our customers may access, change or delete most of their personal information on record with us, by logging into their account and updating it. We will retain information (including information we collect on behalf of our customers) for as long as reasonably necessary for our business purposes including as needed to provide services to customers whose account remains active and in good standing, as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. We have implemented safeguards, including where appropriate SSL encryption for sensitive data in transmission, to protect the personal information submitted to us. No method of transmission over the Internet, or electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
