We have received customer inquiries voicing their concern over the recent CallRail data loss and extended outage. This wasn’t an AWS outage and it appears to have been a tragic configuration change made by CallRail that deleted call recordings and other critical customer data prior to May 29th, 2019.
We want to assure you, our customer, that all of your Archonic data is safe. We have backups of everything including call data, invoices, and recordings.
We would also remind everyone that we offer free port-in and free numbers.
